I would agree with you that this is the most relaxing, but the most memorable would have to be the underground theme from the original NES Mario Bros.

I've played most of the big 3D Mario releases such as SM64, SM Sunshine, SMG + SMG2 and I still go by Comet Observatory for best 3D Mario music. Jolly Roger Bay does have great music nonetheless.
